The Story Behind Top Tyr Training

Ian and Jenna

Top Tyr Training is a family-owned personal training studio in the heart of the South Bay. As husband and wife, we wanted to create a space that feels comfortable and welcoming while delivering powerful results. Our mission is simple: help our clients build the strength and energy to not only handle the things they have to do, but fully enjoy the things they want to do.

The spark came when Ian first tried ARX technology. One rep was all it took to realize this was a game-changing tool—something that could safely deliver faster, stronger results than traditional training ever could. That moment planted the seed for Top Tyr Training.

By February 2021, in the middle of a world that needed health more than ever, we opened our doors with a vision: efficient, science-backed workouts that give you more than results—they give you your time back.

Owner, Head Personal Trainer

Ian was born and raised in the South Bay and is proud to have built a business in his own community. Fitness has been part of his life from an early age, and he has been working professionally in the industry for over a decade. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, he specializes in Corrective Exercise, Functional Movement, and Sports Nutrition.

With years of hands-on experience, Ian has become an expert in designing sustainable fitness routines that deliver lasting results. Opening Top Tyr Training was the fulfillment of a dream—combining his passion for fitness with his vision of creating a meaningful, healthy life for his family and community. Ian believes that lasting happiness and fulfillment begin with a strong body and a strong mind, and he is dedicated to helping clients achieve both.

Jenna Glick

Owner, Head of Operations

Born and raised in California’s Central Valley, Jenna brings her small-town roots and hospitality background into everything she does—making people feel welcome, cared for, and part of the family. As co-founder of Top Tyr Training, she combines her love for people with her passion for health and movement.

Between raising a family and pursuing entrepreneurship, Jenna has learned that building strength, moving her body, and nourishing it well are the secret ingredients to her success and happiness. Now, she’s on a mission to help others discover the same. At Top Tyr Training, Jenna hopes every client feels comfortable, inspired, and ready to become the strongest version of themselves.

Born and raised in the South Bay, Owen grew up immersed in sports and activity. An injury sparked his passion for fitness, teaching him the value of resilience and smarter training. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise, Functional Movement, and Athletic Development, Owen is on a mission to help clients restore strength, move better, and feel their best. At Top Tyr Training, he brings our philosophy to life: efficient, powerful workouts that build lasting results—so you can thrive in every part of life.

Fitness and sports have been a part of his life for as long as he can remember, shaping not only his career but also his commitment to living a healthy, active lifestyle. Today, he channels that passion into guiding clients toward their own strength and performance goals. Dedicated to building healthier, stronger, and more resilient lives, Zachery brings energy, expertise, and focus to every session—helping clients experience the life-changing benefits of efficient, effective training.
